Background :I live in Swanton Morley with my husband and two children who both attended Little Swans.
Qualification: I qualified in 2006, gaining a Diploma in Pre School Practice, and I attend training courses on an ongoing basis.I have been the Pre School Supervisor since March 2009 .
Commitment :I work together with other staff and outside agencies to ensure that Little Swans is a child-centered and rich learning environment. This helps the children to feel safe, secure, valued and most importantly, play and have fun whilst they learn. We aim to ensure that parents and carers feel that we work as a partnership for their child’s holistic learning, development and individual needs.

Background :I live in Swanton Morley with my partner and two children, who both attended Little Swans I started working at Little Swans in November 2012.
Qualifications:I qualified in 1998, gaining a Diploma in Nursery Nursing. I previously worked in a Day Nursery for 6 years.
Commitment :I work well with all staff and aim to give all children a happy, caring and stimulating environment to play and learn in.

Background I have been at Little Swans since November 2010.
Qualifications: I have achieved the Level 3 Diploma In children and Young People Workforce. I have a Level2 in Team Leading and have attended a Makaton Foundation Course. I regularly attend training on supporting children with additional needs. I am the settings Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and have been the SENCo since September 2014.
Commitment I enjoy working with children and look forward to supporting their learning through play. I enjoy helping children reach their milestones, working with parents/carers and other professionals to achieve this.

Background :I started working at Little Swans in May 2016.I live in Toftwood with my partner and two children. Both of my children attended Little Swans.
Qualifications: I have a Level 2 NVQ in
childcare.
Commitment : I love the warm atmosphere in
the setting and working with the children.

Background :I joined Little Swans in September 2017, working as a member of bank staff to cover sicknesses or appointments. I live in Norwich attending University; but my family home is in Swanton Morley where I live with my Dad, Mum and Brother.
Qualifications: I have done the necessary training that is needed i.e. first aid, safeguarding, signs of safety etc. At university I am studying BSc Psychology.
Commitment: I take great pride in being part of an amazing team at Little Swans; helping the children learn, grow and flourish is something that drives my passion for this job.
